  2. You will tell us about your ideas about competences of ideal candidate. Ideally, you have already elaborated competency model and job description, which we can use. If not, we will prepare it for you.
  3. You or one of your colleagues will be trained and then together you will observe and evaluate the behavior of participants.
  4. We will test participants with various diagnostic tools and inflicting them into real work situations. Together, we will see how they behave, how they react, what they do and who they are. Do not worry that you missed something - that's why you're following along with us. Development center is gaining objectivity that way.
