diagnostics is one of the most valid and reliable assessment methods for finding the right answers to such questions.
HOW DOES IT WORK?The test consists of 3 separate parts.
- Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) predicts success in professional life. It measures personality traits to 7 scales - stability, assertiveness, sociability, cooperativity, docility, systematization and curiosity.
- Hogan Development Survey (HDS) reveals the "dark side" of personality and unwanted behavior patterns that may occur in stressful and demanding situations. The results of the HDS serve as a basis for coaching and individual development.
- Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) reveals the intrinsic values, preferences and values. Use this section to find out what work environment will be the most satisfying and motivating for your employees.
The entire diagnosis is done online and filling it takes about 1 hour. After completing the tests, you may interpret the results with one of our experts. Interpreting takes 1 hour and is carried out in our facilities.
