Building a successful team

A successful team can achieve greater results than its singular members would be able to achieve. But how to build a successful team? There are several principles and one of them is to distribute the competences and roles correctly. 

Every team needs a leader. A person, who leads and motivates others. A person who forms a vision. Her presence inspires others to constantly improve their performance. A leader should lead by example.

What other roles are there in a team? Well, for example a coach, a limit destroyer, a facilitator, analyst or informant. Each person fits a different role and being able to guess which one isn’t always easy. But if you succeed and build a team from the right mix of roles and people, you will have a successful team.
