Sheila působí jako seniorní konzultan a kouč. Facilituje tréninky a workshopy v oblasti manažerských dovedností a leadershipu a používá přístup "real life". K tomuto přístupu patří real life coaching a koučink kritických fází pro manažery - jednotlivce a také pro odborné i manažerské týmy. V Praze a Londýně provozuje také soukromou praxi, kde pracuje jako psychoterapeutka a supervizorka.
Po mnoho let provozovala také vlastní tréninkovou a konzultační praxi v Londýně a dosáhla pátého stupně akreditace v koučinku a mentorinku na Institute of Leadership and Management. Donedávna působila jako senior lektor na Leeds Metropolitan University, kde je nadále členem sdružení lektorů. Po mnoho let vedla magisterské univerzitní programy a v současnosti učí na vysokoškolské úrovni v Metanoia Institute v Londýně, kde působila jako vedoucí PCA katedry. Je akreditovaná u British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, a akreditovaná jako psychoterapeut u United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy. Je členem World Association for Person-Centered and Experiential Psychotherapy and Counselling a byla předsedkyní the British Association for the Person-Centred Approach.
Sheila absolvuje intenzivní kurz češtiny a zjišťuje, že je náročný a zároveň vzrušující.
Sheila is a senior consultant and coach and facilitates training and workshops in management skills and leadership using the real life approach. This includes real life coaching and critical phase coaching for individual managers and management (board) teams. She is also a psychotherapist and supervisor in private practice working in Prague and London.
Having run her own training and consultancy business in London for many years, Sheila has trained to level 5 in coaching and mentorship with the Institute of Leadership and Management. Until recently she was a Senior Lecturer at Leeds Metropolitan University and remains an Associate Lecturer. She has run a number of Master's level training programmes and continues to teach at Master's level at the Metanoia Institute in London where she was formally Deputy Head of the PCA Department. She is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and recognised as a Psychotherapist by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy. She is on the board of the World Association for Person-Centered and Experiential Psychotherapy and Counselling and is a former Chair of the British Association for the Person-Centred Approach.
Sheila is undergoing an intensive course in Czech which she is finding both demanding and exciting!
